Week 1


Weight 1 - 204 lbs; chest - 43"; waist - 36.5 "; neck - 15.5 ", bicep - 15.5". I workout (at least one of the following - lift, swim, run, hoops) 6 days a week and supplement my workouts with various GNC and Gaspari nutrition products.
